Kevin Phillips and James McFadden were at the Club Superstore on Thursday afternoon to meet fans and sign autographs as the new 2008/09 home kit and Umbro training wear went on sale.

The Blues duo arrived at St. Andrew's in a black cab emblazoned with images of the new kit.

Blues have commissioned several taxis bearing the kit images for a month from July 10 onwards and have introduced a competition for supporters who spot the cabs around Birmingham.

Fans that see one of the special taxis and want to be in with a chance of winning a 2008-09 home shirt should note down the registration number and send it - with their name, address, age and contact telephone number - to competition@bcfc.com.

Both the new 2008-09 home kit and the stylish red and white away strip are available from the club shops at St. Andrew's and in the Pallasades, by calling 0844 557 1486 or logging on to the new-look online store at www.bluesonlinestore.co.uk

Orders made online over the value of £50.00 will receive FREE UK delivery until 3 August.

The superstore will remain open until 7pm today (Thursday).
