Striker Cameron Jerome was Steve Bruce's first big summer signing in June 2006 from Cardiff City, when he signed a four year deal.
He made his debut from the substitutes' bench against Colchester United in August 2006, but was unfortuinately red carded just three minutes after joining the game.
The initial fee was £3 million, which could later rise to £4 million depending on Jerome's success at St. Andrew's.
He was the Bluebirds' top scorer in the 2005/06 season, netting an impressive 20 goals for the Welsh outfit, a feat which earned him a call-up to the England under 21 squad.
His first season at St. Andrew's wasn't quite as prolific, but he still managed to find the back of the net ten times.
He has phenomenal pace and is the quickest player at the club.
